Philippi Trust Namibia is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation that exists to provide a professional level of counselling and training to the Church and community in Namibia.
Through the provision of Counselling and Counselling Training, based on Christian principles, they aim to give the people of Namibia all the psycho-social resources they require, to make healthy and informed choices which will enable them to determine their own destiny in a self-reliant manner.
Philippi Trust UK offers a broad based, professional counselling service. The model of counselling used is integrative. It combines appropriate secular wisdom with the best of Christian practices in seeking to bring understanding and healing to those in need.
Our counsellors work on a voluntary basis. They are fully trained, and drawn from varied professional and Christian backgrounds thus offering considerable experience and expertise. All counsellors receive regular ongoing training and independent supervision.
Resilient Kids SA works with community based organisations, churches and individuals to empower and equip communities to take care of our vulnerable children.
We provide training and support which enables adults and youth in a community to work with children in a way that helps build the resilience of each child.
Our aim is to have, in each community, a team of safe, caring adults and youth who can provide on going support to the children of their community.
